Ordering a guitar from Bent Twig Guitars is a very fun process! Please email , call or text, and we’ll be glad to talk with you about your playing style, the size of guitar, the tonal and visual qualities of wood choices, rosettes, bindings and purflings, finishes, and so much more. Our desire is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible, so you’re not going to see a long list of confusing upcharges. You will find that our standard price gives you many options.
We ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit in order to be placed on our waiting list. When we are ready to start building your guitar, we ask for a payment of 50% of the remaining balance. The final payment will be due upon completion of your guitar. It usually takes about three months from the time an order is placed to the time you receive your Bent Twig . Of course, we’ll send progress pictures along the way.
Ordering
Bent Twig Guitars are covered by a limited warranty to the original purchaser of the guitar and is non-transferable. This warranty covers defective workmanship and defective materials. Bent Twig Guitars does not cover damage due to normal wear, alterations, missuse, or damage incurred by extreme changes in temperature and humidity. If you are not satisfied with our finished product, you have 2 days after receipt of the guitar to contact Bent Twig Guitars to schedule a return (buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs). You will be refunded the selling price of the guitar minus the non-refundable $500 deposit if ordering direct from Bent Twig Guitars.
